    When to cut your bull calves?

    The younger the better we run 2000 head of stockers and when we buy them off the market 85% are not cut it takes a toll on them to cut them at 400 lbs I cut my personal calves when I find them after they are born that way they never miss a lick. Sooner the Better

    What bull is a bad surprize

    With all the hype when new bulls come out at Denver or when ever which bulls do you all feel was the biggest disappointment in his calve? Seems like Walksalone calves wasn't as eye popping as everyone was hoping. Monopoly on the other hand could be the next heatwaves if the calve get big enough.

    I am mixing my own feed and also adding mineral and wheat germ oil for fat to it for a Maine x heifer. Should I add a feed additive like power fuel (from Purina) or show bloom or are these products really over rated?

    I have 4 Habanero X Angus embryo's just sitting in my tank. The donor is a Dateline registered cow who won here class and was the high seller at the Iowa Beef Expo where she sold for $5,000 as a heifer. If interested I am considering $250 each. Thanks Matt Warren

    Does anyone know what that bull calf brought?  I think it was voegele that had him for private treaty bids that ended on Dec. 28th had him on the classified section and "man was he a stud"
