What about two classes or rings - one for show cattle (clubby) and then practical or real cattle that can breed or calve with some good EPDs?

I think Mullberry is a carrier of something, not up on my RA stuff though...  IDN, but IMO this RA Thing is about to GET HOT!! Mulberry is not a carrier and has been tested.  I think if you look through some older threads you will find this information.

In our county, 4-Hers  or FFA members can only sell one market animal.  Our champions of some species don't always sell as some youth are taking them on to the State Fair.  They may sell animal with a lessor ribbon.  All animals that go through the sale must go the locker plant or packing plant...

If you are considering Hughes Net you need to know they have download and upload limits.  If your download more than your limit they slow down your internet for 24 hours.  I believe Wild Blue may have that same policy.  Weather can also affect how good your service is from them.

My son had an EXT steer a couple years ago.  Breeder thought he was from another line when we picked got him but papers said otherwise.  He had a good temperament but then again this son picks the best tempered animals. 

Our 4-H Council did it at our county fair last summer.  I think they only made about $100 and part of that was because winners donated their winnings back to the council.
