Tiger Woods x Heat Seeker Steer for sale

Don't let the low price fool you.  This steer is very nice quality steer.  The Melson family  only wants good cattle to go to good kids at reasonable prices.  They raise quality show cattle for the love of kids and showing.  We have had much success at local and state level with their animals.

Saw this steer at the Melson farm a month ago, was a great steer.  My son had a hard time deciding between this one and another.  This steer is very showy, deep bodied and wide.  We have purchased many steers and heifers from them, including our current steer.  Have had many wins including...

Who Made Who x Heat Seeker Heifer for sale

I have seen this heifer in person.  If I were in the market for a market heifer she is a good one.  We have bought many heifers and steers from the Melsons, and are going to again this year.  Fantastic family to work with.

Sullivan's Arctic Circle, and wave tamer.

We have used the Wave Tamer and it does work immediately, though I have been told if you use it on a regular basis it works even better.  We had a heifer with super curly hair and it looked very smooth after using.  Make sure you follow the directions completely.  The hair kinda feels funny...

Nice smokey heifer!  Nate is showing a smokey heifer out of Brandy's chi heifer from last year.  Should be fun.  He is also showing a smokey steer from the Melsons. Are you going to show her commercial? or register her?  Look forward to seeing you and your family in the spring.  Christi Cooper

Best Fitting Tips for a Blow & Go Show?

We fit for blow and gos the same as our lazy day fitting, which consists of sullivans white foam (don't buy the black, messy) or buy shaving cream (cheap barbasol regular).  Spray on any hair you want like the legs, tail head, rear quarter to give a little fix too, works like hair mouse.  Comb...

I think she wants to be a show heifer, what about yall?

First calf out of my daughters AR Reserve Champion Chi Heifer from last year.  Calf is a cool silver smoke colored out of an Ali son and a Windsor/Alias Dam.  She was 2 weeks old in this picture.  Only getting better.  Too bad my daughter is going off to college next year, would have been fun to...

    hillbilly classic

wmcc - I was excited to see yall pull reserve on sunday.  I'm just glad Brandy no longer has a Maintainer, LOL, so we don't have to compete against yall  :).  She's almost done showing though, 3 more shows left and then off to college. :(    My son is "trying out" showing on a little heifer, we...

Ricco definitely has that "I'm gonna be a show animal" attitude.  Love pictures like that.

    hillbilly classic

Coachmac -  We have a great group of kids, and very active and supportive ag teachers.  Our high school has an on campus barn, and the kids are able to keep their animals there.  I think this really ads to the team feeling.  It also allows non-traditional kids a chance to become involved in a...

    hillbilly classic

We were stalled in the section to the east of the arena on the south side isle.  There was a big group "Mountain Home FFA".  We brought 15 calves with our group.  Most of our steers got buried in their classes, but the heifers fared very well.  Funny, the second day one of our boys has a...
