    Gates

    In the process of building a new barn. Would like to have some ideas on homemade metal gates. Pictures would be good. I have an idea on what I think will work well, but I am open to suggestions This is going to be used as a working barn as well as a show barn. Thanks any information will be helpful.

    Michigan Trip

    My family is going to Kalamazoo MI this April. We plan on going to the show at MSU on April 9. I was wondering if there is any farms around that area that would welcome vistors. Breed doesnt matter as long as its cattle.

    Steers for sale in North Carolina

    I have two angus cross steers for sale. They weighed 738, and 742 last week. They finished first and second in there classes.I have them priced at $700.00. I have posted one pic but it not a real good pic. They are almost indentical. I can better pics if interrested.

    example. jan-feb 08 heifers. how can there be a foot difference in height and 500 lbs in weight. yours is the lower end and you know you arent lying on age. come on judges get with it. people lie on ages. 1400lbs heifers that are 2 years old and not springing or bagging up. come on they're toooo...

    Fat steer

    What age does a fat steer need to be. I've never shown one before but was thinking about getting one ready for next year. Also in some of the rules I've noticed that the steer must still have the milk teeth. Could someone explain what milk teeth are and what age calves loose them.

    TH PHA Testing

    Just had a bull calf out of the War Eagle bull. The damn was a limousin crossed cow. I am trying to decide whether to cut him or keep him for a bull. I would like to test him for both and let my decision be based on that. Would like to know what or where i need to do or go to get this done.

    Nose Rings

    What age do people usually put nose rings in their bulls? Or do you only put them in the ones that show some aggressive behavior? Also do you recommend using them or just using snap in leads?
