Show Heifer, I didn't mean to imply that Limi's were particularly "HARD" to halter-break just through my own observations I've found them to be more high-strung than the shorty breed. - my bad  :-\

I've noticed :D she's quite the hard-headed little thing. I've heard that the brushing helps out even more so than the washing and conditioning does (not knocking out its importance per say)

Ok, so I'm a shorthorn person, and I've just recently taken on a Limi heifer. (My first ever breed to deal with other than shorty's) Are there any specific limi-hair-tips? It's so much different!!

i heard that this would be a good supplement to start my show calves on but i cant find much information on it. the packaging has no ingredients and i dont know anyone who has every used it. im not really a fan of giving my animals something that im clueless about sooo.... can anyone help me...

this may sound odd but, o well. my cows are in love with the infant rice cereal. somone had a box down in our FFA barn and my cow got into it one night when she got out. now if i put some in my hand she'll lap it up, not to mention do whatever i want! it's got b12 in it too so im all for that, lol
