Is it just me or do the entry fee's for the Junior Nationals seem high?

This is a Red Reward son we have in the barn.  We think he is really coming along.

There is going to a benefit online auction on Breeders World on July 24.  The sale has several very nice semen and embryo packages.  A little bit for everyone.  All of the proceeds will be used for scholarships and other prizes to be given out during the Arkansas State Fair...

We are going to be in North Central Pennsylvania for just over a week.  Is there any thing or place that needs to be seen between Oklahoma and Pennsylvania or while we are there?

Who is going to go?  Is there any place that is a must see or any unique place to eat while we are in St Paul.

Does anyone remember this bull.  I do not think I ever saw a picture of him does anyone have one.  I know he was used in Oklahoma quite a bit.  I was just looking through some of my best favorite cows and most go back to him a couple times.

These are some of our spring and late fall borns  Out of Mr Colt.

Here are a couple of our spring born heifers.  We have been very lucky so far this spring and have 80% heifer calves.  These are out of the Mr Colt bull. 

The new Shorthorn system and I are not getting along.  I am not the most computer savvy guy in the world but I work on one everyday.  This system is one of the least user friendly programs I have ever used.  Then when I try to call in no one answers or calls me back or the voice mail box is...

I always like to post the new projects then kinda keep picturing them as we go along. So here are the newbies to the barn.  Hopefully they will mature into useful cows and maybe be fun along the way.

Does anyone have the results from these sales?

It is with very mixed emotions we have decided to offer Elbee Throwback for sale at the Shorthorn 500 sale. I was told by a breeder nobody offers proven mature bull of his caliber at an auction. But we feel it is the best way to market him. He has sired Champions all levels, high sellers both...

He weighed 87 pounds.  We think he could be kinda right come spring.  He is the funniest little calf I have ever been around.  He like to be scratched.  He will come up and rub on your leg like a cat. His mother was Ryan first show heifer who won her class at the Junior nationals in 2012. 

We like this calf pretty well.  He is a Sull Payday out of a Golden Chain cow. 

When your corgi carries a live skunk into the feed room with you and then stands there in the only door way out.

This is my son's favorite bred hiefer.  She is a Throwback bred to I-80.  Due mid September.
