    so are you telling me if i keep my cattle out grazing on the wheat for more then sixty days they have a chance of getting wheat pasture poisoning?? they are a 2 year old cow and a 3 year old cow with calfs at their side.

    one thing i was told to do was to place straw near it for bedding so the calves will come to the straw and bed down for a safe place to be and will then see the feed.

    corn silage vs. rolled corn

    I was wondering what everyone else is feeding their show cattle. Are most people feeding silage or rolled/cracked corn? also what are the pros and cons of feeding silage vs. corn? thanks for all the help
